Our most complete live portrait experience, providing extended coverage from cocktail hour through the reception and an interactive entertainment experience for guests throughout the celebration.

Additional hours: $400/hour (covers both painters), prorated as needed.

How It Works

Step One

We Collect Guest Photos

My assistant photographs each guest or couple and adds them to our portrait queue. Guests are free to enjoy the celebration while we paint!

Step Two

We Paint Throughout Your Event

Portraits are painted from the photos we collect, so guests never have to sit or pose. Once a portrait is ready, the guest receives a text letting them know it’s available for pickup.

Step Three

Ready to Take Home

Completed portraits are placed in a protective sleeve and ready for guests to take home as a keepsake from your wedding.

Step Four

If Our On-Site Queue Fills Up

Portrait counts are estimates and can vary depending on guest participation, group sizes, and the flow of the event. Once our on-site painting queue reaches capacity, guests will be notified that the queue is full.

Step Five

Remaining Portraits Are Still Completed

If we are unable to finish all portraits within your package’s estimated portrait count during the event, those portraits will be completed in my studio after the wedding and mailed to the couple, ready to include with thank-you cards or distribute to guests.

Our goal is to keep the experience relaxed and seamless. Guests don’t need to wait in line or miss the celebration to have their portrait painted.
